Yes .....Local pick up is available if you are located near Waterford, MI and shipping will be refunded. 

Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances unless item is picked up locally.

Yes .... each additional item added to the order has a minimal additional shipping charge. If several corals are ordered and the shipping is excessively above the actual shipping cost I will refund the difference or add an additional.

If you select upgraded overnight shipping then arrival is guaranteed. In the rare occasion that there is an issue during transit you must contact me within 1 hr of noted delivery and provide clear pictures in unopened bag . Failure to do so will void guarantee. Credit will be given towards future purchases minus shipping costs. Buyers must pay shipping for fulfillment.

Spend over $350 (minus shipping costs) and OVERNIGHT shipping is FREE. I will reimburse the cost of shipping or shipping equivalent in additional coral. 

Also, orders over $200 (minus shipping costs) will receive a FREE frag of my choice.

Is there is minimum order Amount ?

Yes, the minimum order amount is $50 after all discounts plus shipping.  Orders under that amount may be declined. Unfortunately the rise in shipping costs have had an impact on our ability to fulfill small orders. 

Unfortunately, I do not ship to any of those locations.

Since we are located in Michigan, standard shipping ($28.99) will be upgraded to overnight.
